Savory Miso infused Porridge with Ginger
One of the most nourishing breakfast!

- 2 cups Rolled Oats organic
- 1/2 tsp Grey Sea Salt unrefined
- 1 tbsp Ginger organic
- 1 tsp Genmai Miso paste organic
Toppings (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp Gomashio
- 1/2 tbsp Roasted Sunflower seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Roasted almonds
- 1 tsp Tahini
Mix 1 serving of oats and 2 servings of water into a pot and cook on medium heat
2 cups Rolled Oats
Add the salt
1/2 tsp Grey Sea Salt
Grate the ginger, then add to the oats
1 tbsp Ginger
Dilute the Miso in a small amount of lukewarm water and add to the pot
1 tsp Genmai Miso paste
Let it simmer for 10min
When the porridge reaches the desired consistency, serve into a bowl and add the desired toppings
