Savory Miso infused Porridge with Ginger

Equipment

  • 1 pot

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats organic
  • 1/2 tsp Grey Sea Salt unrefined
  • 1 tbsp Ginger organic
  • 1 tsp Genmai Miso paste organic

Toppings (optional)

  • 1/2 tbsp Gomashio
  • 1/2 tbsp Roasted Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Roasted almonds
  • 1 tsp Tahini

Instructions
 

  • Mix 1 serving of oats and 2 servings of water into a pot and cook on medium heat
    2 cups Rolled Oats
  • Add the salt
    1/2 tsp Grey Sea Salt
  • Grate the ginger, then add to the oats
    1 tbsp Ginger
  • Dilute the Miso in a small amount of lukewarm water and add to the pot
    1 tsp Genmai Miso paste
  • Let it simmer for 10min
  • When the porridge reaches the desired consistency, serve into a bowl and add the desired toppings
    1/2 tbsp Gomashio, 1/2 tbsp Roasted Sunflower seeds, 1/2 tbsp Roasted almonds, 1 tsp Tahini
